Plot Summary
Love the Way You Are the drama tells the story of He Fanxing, a high school girl who has always struggled with her weight and feels self-conscious about her appearance. Despite being talented and intelligent, she is often overlooked by her peers and has trouble making friends. She has a crush on her classmate, Ou Yang, who is popular and good-looking, but she believes that someone like him could never be interested in her.
One day, Ou Yang approaches He Fanxing and asks her to help him with his studies. Though she is initially suspicious of his motives, she agrees to tutor him. As they spend more time together, Ou Yang begins to see He Fanxing's inner beauty and intelligence and they become close friends.
